Gift Registry: Registry is Empty 2 Years, 5 Months ago

I have recently purchased and installed the Gift Registry component and am having troubles adding products to the registry and getting them to show up in my registry.
When I click the "Add to Registry" button it goes to a page that says "Registry is empty." It seems like the form is not entering the information properly. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
Also, I noticed that My Registry Content on the JforJoomla.com/giftregistry/ demo page just shows a blank screen even after it has confirmed that I have added products to my registry. Are these problems related?

Can you possibly show the resolution of the issue here on the forums, so that others may be able to fix things on their own?
Although I can appreciate you dealing one-on-one with a customer in private, by e-mail, I think it would be more helpful if I saw that the problem was in fact solved, so that I feel confident purchasing your products.

To be clear, I have given my login info to the JforJoomla development team and they have been working on my issue for me. However, their are still glitches in the code, for example when adding an item to the registry it adds three separate line items of the same product, and it is also adding to the wrong registry. It seems like both of these issues are SQL related and I am fairly confident that the developers will be able to resolve this issue. If you are looking for a product that is working "out of the box" for Joomla 1.5.14 and VM 1.1.3 this does not. But, at the same time this is the ONLY actively developing Gift Registry component for Joomla that I have been able to find and the JforJoomla team are pretty responsive and helpful. This has not been a quick fix though and I am not sure how much of the problem was due to server/site specific stuff vs. code problems with the component. Hope this helps, will post links once component is working fully.

According to me the product does not have problem may be your vertumart is giving some trouble. I have sent you an link through mail where giftregistry is working well and good, the same component is installed on your site so please check that link and your verrtumart component.

Do you have any suggestions? I have uninstalled and reinstalled VM and GiftReg three times and I still get the same error. I have uninstalled all modules and plugins related to VM as well.
